The staff were amazing and super friendly! The location was perfect and close to local bus stops and metro lines. The room was very clean and to a very high standard. We never got using the spa and gym but it looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and they had a wide variety of foods and different milk options.

The location is right in the centre. Bolt taxi can be called anytime. There are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops nearby and is very much walking distance to the everything in the city centre. St Stephens Basilica is 5 mins walk.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size (Superior Double). The sauna section had a great Finnish sauna and the jacuzzi, though old, was nice to have. Breakfast was great, though one of the coffee machines was constantly broken as the coffee was mostly water.

Everything is perfect: ~location on a half way between St. Stephen's cathedral and Parliament building ~rooms with lots of space, comfy beds, nespresso machine, excellent heating/cooling system (with option to open window/balcony door widely - many hotels today don't have that) ~it is easy to move through hotel, there is a lot of space, two big lifts and everything is marked well ~breakfast room is again spacious with huge variety of cold and warm things to eat and drink ~staff is great, from the receptionist to the maids and breakfast staff to the waiters in the rooftop restaurant ~the Intermezzo roof terrace is a place from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Budapest while enjoying an excellent dinner or just cocktails at reasonable prices

I think the location is unbeatable, in 5 minutes you arrive at the Sant Stephan's basilic and in a similar distance you have the parliament, the hotel is very nice and elegant, well looked after with exceptional staff. The breakfast is rich and suitable to satisfy even the most demanding. Since the hotel is located in the center, I expected unpleasant noises, but it was very quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be able to use the hot tub until late in the evening. I recommend it for those who want to experience a peaceful holiday with a few extra treats. To conclude, I recommend taking a tour of the roof, you will enjoy a splendid view.

Renata at the front desk is very kind and wants to provide you with great customer service. The Rooftop bar staff especially Rita are fantastic, outstanding customer service and the drinks and food are great. The breakfast food and staff are equally fantastic, the variety of foods, pastries and drinks are excellent.

Lovely staff, my favourite hotel & they also left champagne in our room for our honeymoon. Also love the breakfast! The rooftop bar is absolutely gorgeous.

Hotel room was very nice. They also prepare surprise for us. We were celebrating anniversary. Location of the hotel is very good. We did not need to use taxis or metro. Everything was on walking distance. Breakfast was very tasted.

Fantastic staff!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was good and replenished often. Central location close to bus and metro. Rooftop bar with great view of the city.

Perfect location to start exploring the city on foot. Great breakfast with wide selection of food. Ladies at the staff were very polite and helpful. Fantastic view from the roof terrace of the hotel. The room was really spacious to fit three of us.
